MBA Business & Quality Analyst
As a member of the SEI Technology Scrum Teams, the Business and Quality Analyst will work with various solution and product managers in defining, building and testing the functional requirements to support SEI’s technical platforms and processes. Pre-orientation event
A fun and informative event ahead of your start date when you'll meet your fellow classmates, search for local housing if needed, and get to know the Philadelphia area before you start.
Mentoring
We’ll connect you with our network of mentors throughout the year for round-table discussions, fun networking events, and 1:1 coffee chats.
Innovation pitch competition
You'll form teams and develop innovative ideas related to enhancing our business. You'll then present your findings to a panel of judges comprised of our top management. Did we mention that winning teams have the opportunity to implement their ideas?
A week-long orientation program
Learn about our business directly from our senior management, meet our CEO, and learn about leadership and teamwork during a fun team-building activity in the Philadelphia area.
Coaching
Regular performance meetings with your manager and coaching sessions with the Workforce Development team give you the thoughtful career management guidance to help formulate your career goals.
