The Dublin Associates Programme includes a two-year rotational scheme through various departments within our Investment Manager Services team. Associates rotate every five to eight months through teams such as operations, solutions, change and implementations, and relationship management, gaining strong business skills and leadership experiences along the way. At the end of the programme, associates will be well equipped for permanent placement within one of these teams, and ultimately, to drive future sucess of business.
